As a mother we worry about our kids, I worry about his life. Will he decide to leave this world? I hope not.
I for a split second I thought I was looking at a ghost. I had to catch my breath from the slight shock I had put myself into
Grief and Depression can be hard to navigate. Sometimes I think about how many people would be at my funeral when the Grief cycle starts and depression starts to rear up.
As a coach, I help people in grief, or in recovery, feel comfortable expressing [loss] to people. Explaining our past experiences do not have to turn into a pity party. Wanting people to understand where we are coming from is good. And the more we tell our experiences the easier it is to stay resilient.
